Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to take up                                    
the concur message dated May 11, stating the House passed and                                       
returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 306(FIN) am                                       
"An Act relating to the practice of naturopathic medicine; and                                      
providing for an effective date" with the following amendment:
